Why we exist
Bill-only is one of the last paper workflows in the hospital. A rep walks a device into surgery, and weeks later an invoice arrives — built by hand, priced from memory, checked by nobody. The people involved are doing their jobs; the process is what fails. Overspend never announces itself. It just clears AP.
We've spent years inside that paper trail, and BillOnly is the conclusion: the fix isn't another report after the fact — it's putting scheduling, declarations, capture, invoicing, and remittance on one shared record, and checking every item against the contract before money is owed.
What we believe
A report tells you what you lost last quarter. A check stops it this morning. Serious unresolved flags block invoice approval — that's the product.
Designed to operate without PHI, and no money moves through the platform. The safest data is data we never hold.

The platform is built and running: a web application for facility teams, a mobile app for vendor reps, and an audit-grade record underneath — the full lifecycle, with three automated checks on every case.
